Yoga and adventure travel at the San Blas Yoga Retreats

Morning: If you like, get up early and take an early morning
walk along the beach and swim in the ocean. Pluck
your own papaya from our garden to accompany a delicious fresh feast of
tropical fruit, and homemade banana bread. After breakfast we will
have an hour and a half of yoga and meditation followed by a period
of relaxation when you can go to the beach or use the pool.
Afternoon:
Choose between a siesta back at the hotel, or visit the ruins of a
fortress from the days of the Spanish Armada. Hike to a nearby
waterfall or remote jungle garden; or treat yourself to a private massage
or acupuncture session. Or perhaps try a little 'flotation therapy' in the
sea or a natural clay bath.
Evening:
After a dinner of natural foods and conversation, enjoy a variety of
stimulating presentations covering Rejuvenation Secrets (from around the
world), Transforming Stress into Vitality, and Herbs and Nutrition.
There will be a quiet stretching yoga and meditation before bed.
All activities are optional. This is a yoga vacation
packed with daily adventure travel destinations but all activities are
optional. You can take off on your own
for a day, or just sit in the hotel and read. All levels of yoga are
welcome. Yoga is not a competitive sport!
