November Pilates Retreat
at the San Blas Yoga Retreats, Mexico
November 11 - 15, 2007
This retreat has an emphasis on Pilates and exercise. You will arrive Thursday afternoon
and enjoy a light dinner and an informal orientation. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday you may start your day
early with a morning meditation or a walk along the beach, followed by the morning pilates class.
Now relax, and
enjoy the pools and the local beach - with perhaps a mud bath in the local red clay.
After lunch we will go on long
walks on the beach or through the jungles or we will take you on an ecotourism adventure, such as the trip to La Tovara.
Evenings we will relax with simple yoga or stretching exercises, and
informal candlelight discussions about health, exercise, and diet, or
any questions you might have about Mexico or the surrounding area.
Or you can relax in your oceanfront room or take a moonlight walk to our 'yoga tree'. All activities are optional.
The diet is low-fat vegetarian, with an emphasis on fresh tropical
fruits and juices. Monday morning you will leave the retreat, refreshed
and invigorated. You may stay longer at the retreat grounds if you like.
